Turbo is either fucked or you've got a boost leak somewhere?

I had a similiar problem, the oil feed was blocked inside the turbo, which caused the bearings to colloapse, and so one of the fins got distorted on the houseing.. I sugguest you take the oil drain off the turbo and see if your getting oil run through it!

Just don't forget it could be a genuine mistake, give Jano a chance to sort things for you. Could even have been dropped by the courier which could easily knacker it.

Lol, what was right with it is more the question, Co Levels were @ 0.2, shud have been 3.0 or there abouts.. Adjusted my idle, the actuator was upside down lol, i hadn't known what had been done 2 car previously, but it had a intenal bleed valve while hooked up too the amal valve, it had diff size pips connected together..totally wrong, but he spent the time too correct it all, now sits at a bar of boost and it is drives spot on... And when he said the price i thought he was joking, cheapppppppp...

Yea Turbo was sound mate, (Think it was more me being paranoid) but having said that, the plenum pipe too intercooler was sitting pissed, so sorted that..I drove over 2 janos with out getting it on boost, just 2 b on safe side. But definately true what you say, things look ok,but arent, unless you know what is what.Def worth the trip.. Glad its sorted...

Where do you start lol. Loads was wrong tbh. Im surprised it even made it to me.

The main things was the lack of fuel 0.15%
Ignition timing over 19degree
No bleed off the idle screw
Throttle set to half throttle at idle
Throttle stop wound out so far the butterfly was open way too much
Fuel pump wiring a little suspect
Bleed valve and amal valve piped together with the smallest i.d pipe making it overboost
Then the normal stuff that needs tweaking and adjusting.

Pretty much the same as the other 2 MFi cars setup today had the same common faults.
