As title really. I've literaly cut the modules out of the system and just need some advice on how to sew the system back up. Any advice is welcome even if it's just various sizes of stuff etc.

pretty simple guys.
1st,undo all the pipes on the brake reservoir.
2 brass ones,2 plastic ones.
on the inner wings there is a t piece with 3 brake pipes going into it.
remove the pipe each side that comes from the bottom of the tpiece.
these pipes go to the abs modulators.
once you have removed these pipes, rip out all the abs and every pipe connected to it.
then,
make up new brake pipes.
one from the bottom of each t piece to the brake reservoir.doesnt matter which side goes to which port.
this has bypassed abs.simples.
the 2 plastic pipes which came from reservoir, one grey ,one black, can be cut and joined together with a piece of pipe and jubileed.this effectively blanks them off.
alternatively, get a brake reservoir from a non abs mk4 which doesnt have the holes for abs pipes.
job done

It really is that simple. I made my own brake pipes. Bought a pipe flaring kit for £15 off eBay. Then got 3/16 copper brake pipe from halford. Think it's 26 feet for £11. Then I re used old fittings cos they were fine. Or you could get new fittings from any motorfactors for about a quid each. I used a pipe bending spring to make my pipes up so I didn't kink them. Mocked up the shape I wAnted with some garden wire , then copied it with brake pipe.if you don't wanna make up your own pipes then motorserve or someone will do it for you. Think they charge £8.99 a metre for the privelage. Hope this helps

I've sorted it now (I hope). I've completely removed all the piping, modules and everything. I'm runing braided line from the front outlet to a 4 way, fromthe 4 way to the front calipers, into the car to a bias valve, through the car to a three way and to the rear drumes. I'll then simply blank off the other outlets. James Lister and Sons Motorsport are making up the kit, pressure testing it and sending it out to me. Should cost me no more than £180 really. I looked at doing it the simple way of just chopping out the modules but it irritated me and I really wanted the lines in the car. Thanks for the advice though folks.
