right need A gearbox wat are peoples views on std rs turbo one as i got bout 190bhp and would like bit more so been thinking about a cts box but cant afford a new stage 2 so inless one comes up second hand thats out the question butwat about the stage 1 box does anbody use these ones and wat sort of power can they cope with ?

A decent s2 box will handle 250ish, get an ib5 as they have the bigger bearings etc.....
