which head stage 3 head or zetec?

1.8 zetec bottom end
standard head +piper cam (stage 3 big valve head cracked)
technics stage 3 t3
chip
intercooler
scorpion ex
filter
240bhp@16psi
what are my head options for more power? my stage 3 big valve head cracked before it got remapped, so i put standard head on an got it tuned anyway,now i need to change the head cause it doesnt feel that quick to wen it was a 1.6 turbo cheeRs

the stage 3 head will make quite a bit of difference but is it on mfi or have you converted to efi.....
as for the zetec turbo head it depends weather your running efi as it will need to run proper injectors and coil pack and what compression and pistons you running....
might be worth giving a tuner who knows zetec turbos a call like sitech ect

ye looks like im staying with a stage 3 head then, im on mfi would of gone efi (got most parts i need)but just havnt got money for uprated pistons n the rest lol,just a standard 1.8 b.end

stick zvh mate as ive seen people run efi management like OFAC ECT on zetec turbos and they run massively lean and isnt a good conversion....
and it wont work with mfi anyway... my advise is save you money and get a stage 3 head and newman cam set up with solid lifters then go efi ... or if you have most of the parts get a ms ecu
