Default Doesnt like the wet...

My RST really doesnt like wet/damp weather. Pulled out of a petrol station onto a dual carriage way and I opened it up a bit as there was cars coming.
Boost reached about 6-7psi then it started to misfire?

What could be getting wet thats causing this?

Do you have a cone filter on it? If so that's your problem I had one fitted along with the under vent plate and used to do that so I brought a standard airbox and use that in the shite weather problem solved.

both are good things to try but the best thing to do on a rs is good ignition parts...

i use all the motorsport devolopemts stuff ..

motorsport leads £32
original plugs £10
cap and rotor arm £12
group a coil £30

this little lot makes a hell of a difference mate.

Yeah thats what I have on it at the moment. I'm gonna go over them and check there isn't any cracks or anything that water could get into.
