oil help please
hi all, im changing the oil and filter in my f/reg escort rst, witch oil do i use? and how many liters? thanks.

mobil 1 15/50 or silkolene pro s, seems to be the prefered choice. 5litre's will be more than enough with over 1litre spare for top ups etc

i think i put just over 2.5 litres into mine when i changed the oil.

i think its suposed to take 3.6 but i will be corrected if im wrong.. and obviously more if running an oil cooler etc

15/50 made mine tap like fuk....mite try looking at 10/50

I use mobil 1 15/50 no probs with it and most people on here use it

That wont help as they are the same viscosity when hot!

5/50, 10/50, or 15/50 Fully synth Ester Oil is what you want for a tuned RST
