Hi all,
Took my car to Well Lane Turbos yesterday to get it set up properly with the chipped ECU. Found out that the Map Sensor on the ECU is faulty.
I have a Series 1 ECU that has a working Map Sensor in it. Can i swap the sensors over by soldering it on?
Hope someone can help.
Cheers
Dave

The timing is not advancing as it should be. On tickover the timing is at 4 degress BTDC and doesn't advance much at all to about 10 if that. I have looked at the Map Sensor on a S1 ECU and it looks the same but has a different part number on it. I wondered if these are set the same or do they work at totally different pressures.
