Depends how you set it up!

You can even set a std one to hold 15 psi...

But if you use the same pretension/rod length as on a std actuator, a -31 will give you about 10 - 12 psi.

you could get 20psi+ for a short while.
but it should be good to hold 14-15psi for a while before it wears internally.

All depends on the VE of your engine, up to 20psi on a stock engine, but on a heavily modified engine maybe only 12psi!
But the question you probably should be asking is how much power can a standard T3 flow for............. the answer to which is about a genuine 190bhp

I agree, its about good for a genuine 190bhp- mine made 171 but would only hold approx 12.5psi due to crap boost control.
I sorted that upto 15/16 psi and it would have made a solid 185/190bhp i'm sure as it pulled alot stronger just never got a chance to RR it again.

My old rs turbo peaked at 18psi and held 15 psi but it only lasted a year. get one with a 360 bearing and as wilky has advised and it will last longer.

For about over a year now I've been running 15psi on my old standard turbo and so far no problems yet.
