boosting problems

Default boosting problems

as above when putting my foot down the boost kicks in at 14psi then holds for a second or two then drops down to 4psi. any ideas what this could be?? i have not checked anything as yet!

either non chipped ECU or actuator is knackered and can't hold the boost back and is causing it to spike like that.

its a standard ecu. will have to try another actuator as someone did tell me it could be the spring in the actuator!
