Default big problems with my rs engine

MFI engine setup.

whats going on is, the head gaskit went, been replaced and went again, new ford gen gaskit and new balts, ect...

but been taken out and again headgaskit has gone, pooring white smoke and poping off the oil cap,

the engine has only done 6,000miles since rebuild. what could be my problem?

Where was it setup? If it keeps blowing HG's even with a freshly refaced head then it running too hot and/or detonating.

setup in at basford dyno tune, aparntly all he has done is blanked off the vacum hose from the ecu to the MFI inlet. and its running 11psi.

when the head gaskit goes the oil cap pops off, seams like the bottem end has gone?? but there is no mayo in the dipsitck at all, and the bore of number 3 to where its poping the gaskit is smoth, no lines or scores.

its a good bottem and only been rebuilt 6000miles ago

WTF? If the Vacuum pipe to the ECU is blocked off then your timing will not be adjusted as the boost pressure increases and this is why your popping HG's!! Lucky you have not holed a piston yet! Although with the Oil cap popping of i'd say you've fried some rings.
Why did he do that??

I had a hairline crack in my 1st block you could hardly see it but it blew two head gaskets one after another. Got a new block and its been fine ever since.

the cunt wont take any Responsbilty, at all.

You know what made me laugh aswell, the guy whos doing my work a garage near my office went and spoken to him to find out just what he has done.

from what he said was just removed the vacum from the ECU, i thought it was a bit strange myself but he said that was the problem,

he also said there was no way of ajusting the boost, ermmmm there is, its called a Acucrator(sp) Rod that you turn!..

im going to take a look into my options for the billing to be at his exspence, the engines only done 6,000miles not even that.

he sounded like he knew his fords and told me hes delt with a few before, the guy doing my work is pritty clue'd up... fucking 2half k engine GONE by some cunt who thinks he can tune a RST!!!
