Removing loom
Im currently in the process of removing my loom to be transplanted in 2 my xr3i cab. Got most out the way but got the fuel pump cable stuck, is there a multi plug somewhere to seperate this from the loom as cant get it through the floor? Also there is a few plugs at the back of the engine, alternator and starter motor to undo, how do u remove the side indicators without cutting them? Also how do u put the loom back for the roof clock?

the roof clock i dont know about. mine was a base model anyway so i had no clock at the top but i "hotwired" the interior light to a live behind the dash. the side repeaters you can trace back to the sidelights either side and there'll be a simple plug you just pull off, but they're still earthed so undo that too. if you drop the tank you unplug the sender wires and that loom them carries on to the fuel pump. the hole with the tank out of the way should then be big enough for you to wiggle the connectors through and then just pull it through the interior with the rest of it.
hope that makes sense

well as mojo said plus the clock wires can be done by put some string or wire down from where clock goes and tapeing all connectors together can then be pulled back up done it this way and been lucky and fed the new wires straight up on there own but took a bit long and alot more patience lol
