Default EFI-MFI head different?

Hello all!

Is there any big different between the EFI head and the MFI head?

casting is different. When porting and building a bigger head up the EFi item has more material to be able to take away when porting.

It is by far a better cast however the parts attached to the EFi head are low quality like the valves, guides, seals etc..

If you have got a standard mfi head then bin it, but if you have spent on port, polish and cam i would suggest taking the head to your local machinest and get them to weld extra lumps above the inlet ports and machine flat i.e skim, and then drill the efi jets to suit. Can send photo of my head if you want. To see what i have done, trust me it works.
