If you want it loud, take the exhaust off

I doubt you would get any performance gain from removing the baffles from a decent free flowing performance exhaust, not to mention the car would probably drive worse and get you nicked pretty quickly

mate an RS Turbo is more than loud enough with a decent stainless system. mine has a 2.5 inch mongoose and it still sets car alarms off when i go past them. on boost it can be heard from about a mile away. or so i've been told.

They may also fail it on the MOT. Why do you want a car to be very loud even on tickover?
Fitting a large-bore backbox will do the same, even a 4" exit mongoose/ magnes will achieve this. For something different you could go for a custom exhaust which exits at the front bumper. That will be very loud - but again expect plod to be on your case and also may not pass an mot.

None off the shelf. Would have to get one made up. If you go for side-exit near the doors then you will have some floor work as well otherwise it will be to low to the ground and will get whacked all the time.
I would go for a front bumper exit. More fiddly to work with, but look great.

just generaly drones above 70 i supose but im so used to it it doesent bother me. if i had to use the car as everyday transport i would have replaced it time ago. the only reason i debafled it was because the baffles broke down and started to rattle and scorpian wanted Ł270 4 a back box.. the exhaust has been on the car 4 14 years plus.

Its exhaust back pressure that keeps the oil seals against the turbo shaft.
