Default What power how much boost

Hi ive recently finished my series one, done a bit to the engine, was just wondering what boost i should be running with my spec and what sort of power it will be when set up spec as follows.
1.9 american tall block cvh
stage 3 head
kent cam with vernier
cone filter
group a coil
chipped ecu
full scorpion exhaust
erl fith injector
turbo unknown hybrid
full front mount intercooler with twin fans

Let your mapper decide when he's got it on the Rolling road!

all depends where it starts to detonate i'd say!

wudnt run more than 14 psi on mfi management 2 keep it safe.17 psi at most.get it set up on the rollers so its all pukka

why do you say that? mfi can easily and safely fuel to 18 psi!!

14psi on a 1.6 and 14psi on a 1.9 aren't the same thing.


I think 1 bar will be about your limit, from what i've seen. You'll either start to run lean or if you have a great metering head, you'll be close to the limit of your rods (if the turbo flows enough).

well my heavily modded 1.8 runs 18 psi with no bother at all and has been doin so for over 4 years now!!
