Default stalling

Hi all,
When i start my car it idels for about 3-4 seconds before cutting out. i then have to restart it with my foot on the floor. When i come to round abouts and junctions the car idels for a split second then stalls and its takes a good turning over to get going again. I have looked for the obvious air leaks such as boost pipes, breathers, oil cap. All the service parts are new including coil and leads. I have tried disconecting the cold start valve and this made no difference.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I had a look to day and the pipe was fine. On the other hand i have found out that if i keep my fule above 1/4 of a tank it wont cut out at junctions. Any suggestions?

Very strange. Buy hey it's an RST. Strange things DO happen!

A suggestion is to try and exchange the fuel pump. They can cause odd situations. Try a pump from a mate or something to see if it makes any difference. If it cures the problem, get a fresh one!
