Default gearbox removel/reffitting

can anyone tell me the easiest way of removing the gearbox from my rs turbo,hoping to do iti later in the week, gearbox blown got a new 1 to put in just need a bit of advice.any help welcome,cheers.

if its a series 2, unbolt it from the engine, undo the the cradle bolts n drop it out...

as easy as that then? you reckon it can be done in a day with fitting a new clutch aswell?

Easily done in a day fella.

Your ABS will cause you the most fun, that is if you still have it fitted.

yes and its easier fitting clutch at the same time than doing it afterwards trust me on that one

not a major problem just make sure belts are all alignned as you put it all back together again

If your taking the engine out aswell it might be worth ditching the ABS ??
