Default safe psi

just wondering whats the max psi you would use on a t3, mine is at 15psi now but is this a safe option or can i put it up a bit more ,

20psi is the limit of a std t3 but that depends on condition really 18psi is best to be safe, dont go just winding the boost up as the fuelling wont be able to cope and u will melt the engine, get the car set up by a tuner and he will adjust the fuelling to match the boost

is the standard pressure 7psi?
not sure on this as ive got a bar gauge and its goes upto 0.7bar?

That's the standard pressure yes!
But bar and psi are too diffentent messurements.

0.7 bar is a little more then 10 psi

my car was also running peak boost of 0.7 bar

If you want to run 20psi you need to make sure you have the fueling to match... consult your tuner, don't just turn it up

ok thanks it was setup a couple of months back to 15psi so shall i still get fuelling checked for 18psi ?

have it fully set up again explain to the tuner what boost u want to run and he can set the car up to ur requirements and advise u if there are any probs
