Default lag

when i put the throttle down on my s2 the car wont boost. i have to wait for about 2-3 seconds then it kicks in. im running a -31, standard cooler,chipped ecu and 12psi. i have replaced all service parts.

My moneys on incorrectly set actuator. You only just fitted it?

no the car has been set up but it just wont boost. can it be a dodgy wastgate? it got 156bhp @ wheels on 12psi

my standard car starts boost hard (0.5 bar) at about 3200 rpm

put in 4th gear and press throttle and look on boost gauge and see at which rpm you have 12 psi.
