Default Chipp ECU question?

Has anyone got a motor sport development chip in there S2 ecu.
I am currently trying to find out which is the best chip for my seres 2 turbo.
A few people have mentioned Motor sport development s in black pool is a decent one to install. But looking on the website it is a hell of a lot cheaper than a super chips chip and looks loads different. The super chip is a long multi pin black chip which solders onto the PCB inside the ecu and the motor sport development chip is a small circuit board glued to the inner of the ecu lid with a few wires coming out of it.???Is it just a case of technology has got smaller or is the super chips chip is a better option??

I had a Turbosystems chip in mine and thought that was really good performer compared to other chips I had personal experience with (Superchips and whatever Power Engineering use)

what sort of price should i be looking at. my local superchips dealer has quoted me over £500 for the installation and set up. he says both ecu black and silver one needs chipping. is this correct??

I,ve got a M D chip in mine.

works fine but does nothing with ignition.
Don't know if a superchip does.

I talked to the guys at MD but they said that no extra ignition mods are needed.

Price was verry good imo.

hi ive got a superchip chipped ecu you can have cheap cos its crap, bought it off ebay and was told it was unlimited boost but now i found out they only allow 15 psi. motorsport development chips are a good buy, £140 quid on ebay and they are easy to fit, they also allow unlimited boost which is good if your planning any more mods in the future.
i currently have a p.t.s chip in my ecu and compared to the superchips one its made a hell of a difference, it also has unlimited boost capability but even at 15psi it feels more responsive than it did when i used the superchips ecu.

yes a P.T.S chip why? they do fit actual superchips i think but they map theres differently to a normal superchip, or so i was led to believe lol.
saying that though like i said my original ecu had an actual superchip chip fitted by superchip and it was set to run 15psi max where as the P.T.S chip is unlimited boost.

sorry about little off topic, but what if S2 can running on boost under 0.72 bar (which is max boost and after 3 second engine cut it off) ? is that mean the ecu is chipped?
