boost deosnt come in to around 4200 rpm, and in first i only get 5psi second up to about 14psi, have tryed adjusting the acuator, wound it out 3 turns and cant get any boost in first and very little in second, feels very laggy

car has -31, chip, cvh 31 cam, standerd otherwise

How much preload do u have? As in, where does the hole in the actuator rod rest in relation to the wastegate pin?
