Default Low compression valves

Using these together with 60trim conrods and the pistons have been fittled with a 360 bearing. Will they handle 16psi? The turbo has been skimmed by 40thou just incase.

Cheers.

Hmmmm, very strange way of doing things Rick

If you used a 360 bearing, did you used the left handed thread 150° angle gudgeon pin? That is only way to be safe at over 6000rpm @ 16 psi.

I'd be interested to see any pictures if you have them.

Tony - that is what i am worried about as i use a rear handed shaft. Maybe some of the Jamsport crew can help, as theirs run 32 psi at 800rpm. I know this is a little different, but i beleive it is pushing things forwad. My tuner is able to change the laws of Physics, so that should come in quite handy.

To be perfectly honest there mate, I would be seriously concerned if my boost came in that late. If you are making peak boost at 800rpm, that only leaves 200rpm of useable revs before the split shot break-away pin is beyond it's 12.7% efficiency range.

It is all well and good being able to alter the laws of physics (and I mean, who can't these days???) but what use is it when you cannot control the variable external thrust multiplers in the ECU at this pressure.

Christ, how the Ford tuning world has moved forwards since the good old days of tuning. I do like the sound of the high-inertia carbon fibre pressure membrane's though and think the implementation on the modern-day CVH builds would be beneficial to low/midrange methane production levels.

Hey, lets all club together and build a project engine based on the theories and idea's demonstrated in this thread? 800bhp anyone?

The jokes on you if you don't get in on this one. I reckon we will see some big numbers if this project ever makes it into reality.

I have just sourced on of these.....

I think it will be really useful for this build. So, now if anyone wants to make donations to this project, please PM me and I will give you the bank details to pay into.

Apparently Steven from Hawkins Motorsport is doing some amazing things with physics and has made some massive gains recently in the fields of thermodynamics and quantum mechanics, relativity speaking
Apparently the anisotropic Big Bang theory once developed is suggested to be capable of producing results that will change the performance industry, of course this all depends upon the wonders of Gotech management.

I hear that Professor Hawkings has already succeeded in running Gotech on Closed-Loop without the need for a Lambda Sensor. He is currently working on a complex formula to allow it to integrate fully and efficiently with his wheelchair.

What a stupid thing to mention that the pistons are fitted with a 360 degree thrust bearing...

Just think if they had 270 degree bearings:

That's not a bad point. I guess the reduced intertia could yield a further 30% increase in power across the RPM range?

Rick, you're so last year. I was porting Oil Caps when you were still at school!! <<<OLD MOD ALERT!!

If you really want to push the boundaries, you need to fit 3-angle Boost Hoses.......

So suddenly you know all about VV Water Pumps?? You know I worked on the VV development programme in the late 80's and hold the original drawings for these?

Had a VV water pump on my turbo for some time now however im having issues with the closed loop control. The temp senders located under the back seat's have been giving sporadic readings and causing the sun roof to mist up
