Default Another efi rev counter question

My rev counter reads half when joined to the green wire on the efi engine loom plug. so i took the signal wire to pin 11 and the edis unit and it reads nothing at all on my rev counter.

Am i ment to take the signal wire and join pins 10 and 12 on the edis together?

It should work off pin 11..........have you PROPERLY put a pin into the plug for pin 11, or are you just trying to bodge it in?
