Default Dump valve problem

I've got a problem with my dump valve on my RS Turbo S2. At first the dump valve sounds perfect but then once the engine warms up no sound at all. All I hear is the light screamy noise of the actuator. I've got Forge 6-bolt twin-piston type dump valve.

I don't know what the problem could be. I checked the springs and they seem working fine. The dump valve opens and closes normally when I checked it. What I've installed recently and don't know but might affect it in someway is the stage 3 T3 turbo and a Blitz dual-solenoid boost controller. Anyone can help pls? Thanks

perhaps the heat is affecting the piston in some respec, or the booost is being cut back when the engine heats up, ????/

why not remove it and plug the whole, have chatter for a change,

Thanks for the reply. That's what I was afraid of, having to buy a new dump valve! It's a pitty cause it used to sound pretty good

So what do you suggest? Bailey's dv26 or dv36?

i had bailys dv26, or if you gonna get a different make, make sure it's a twin piston type as only this type works properly on rsts.

I soted it out guys. I contacted Forge Motorsport and talked to a guy called Peter Miles. He said my dump valve is so old that it's almost a classic! Since their dump valves are guaranteed for life and there is no repair kit available that can guarantee to work for my dump valve, he's gonna send me a new twin-piston ram-type dump valve FREE OF CHARGE! Excellent service ain't it guys?!!

Thanks for the help
