I'll have a stab at 150bhp@fly with 13-14psi if the engine and turbo are in good order.

Could be wrong mate, thats my guess tho!

It's really jus the chip allowing you to be able to run more boost, and the actuator allowing it to hold higher boost longer

A stg1 setup usually comprises of:
chip, -31,full exhaust, cam, & with around 14psi and that gives around 170-180MAXbhp@fly the latter being on a good engine with a good setup!

an uprated intercooler is a good idea at that stage too!

K&N will prob wont do much tbh as allot of time it's suckin in warm air.

Im not all that sure on EFI when you need beige injectors but i'd presume your better off gettin a decent IC first so you can run more boost, to then run more fueling!

iirc correctly the injectors run out before the ic so would probly go for them first.
once moving the k'n'n shouldn't be too bad, havent had many probs so far but may try n make a custom enclosure for it at some point.
on my old cav gsi it was obvious about sucking in hot air as it would splutter and stall at every junction
