Default gearbox problems

Hi im jeroen form the netherlands so don't pay much attention on my type faults.
I have a problem with my ERST, since a week or so i can't shift to second and third gear and even sometimes fourtht.
I didn't had the problem before, i drove off the next day and there it was.
Last week i ordered a AP fast road clutch, that means that i have to remove the gearbox anyhow, and i want to rebuild it as well.
So my question is really what parts needs replacing??,,I heard the problem could also be the linkage between the gearbox and the shifter or knob or wathever don't know the word for that.
do i also need that??
Who can help me further..

Greetz jeroen

Re-adjust the linkage BEFORE you replace the clutch. Then you'll be a lot wiser.

I'd certainly try adjusting the linkage before I removed the box.
