Why are you taking the head off anyway? You don't need to take the head off to change the turbo.

I think a Payen gasket from a motor factors is around £20, I think they are £35 from Ford, plus you will need new bolts, get these from Ford regardless. I think an Exhaust Manifold gasket is around £10 and the same for studs, roughly.

Christian, i see you say to use the Ford bolts regardless, is there that much difference between them?

And just wondering really why don't you use ARP Studs instead?

What I meant was use them from Ford, not a motor factor.

I don't even use Ford bolts, I use Payen ones. I would be interested in ARP's, but the current one's have been fine so far.

Will be looking at ARP's perhaps next time the head comes off.
