If i lift the pedal up the light goes off but the brakes smell so are being used all the time. does anyone know what to do?that random black wire must have been from the pikee sound system before that i ripped out.

The bracket on the v bend bit of the exhaust, where is it mounted to on the chassis, i cant find it. ive got a 2.5 scorpion and it has dropped to the floor in the middle

Sounds like the nut inside the servo has been adjusted and is holding the brakes on. Switch will probably also need adjusting, find out why the brakes are sticking on first.

Also not all after market exhaust have the bracket on the hang down, and sods law when they do, the car doesn't

Brake light switch is mounted on thin matal tang which can be bent downwards slightly (very easily) to readjust brake lights.
