Holding back on boost s2

Holding back on boost s2
When i put my foot down in second, it held back on boost, felt really flat, happens on and off, other times it accelerates fine, any ideas ppl?

yes, it defo can be the cam, but this is consistent - ie always does it.
Make sure the knock sensor wires are not shorting where they go into the plug. Also, make sure it's tight into the inlet manifold.

mine used to do it when cold and get a little bit better when hot changed cam and its fine now just try knock sensor first

Do you chaps think that anyway possible this fault could also be caused by my actuater or turbo itself? if its not the knock sensor or cam?
The car has a collins actuater on it, maybe if it wasnt set up correctly would it cause this?
