Default eh WTF!!!! lowering car

rite as some may know, may car seems to sit quite high

i bought some brand new konis n springs off a fella who changed his mind n decided he wanted coil overs on his RST,

he told me that the kit i bought off him lowered my RST by -25mm

well fitted it n it seemed high

heres some pics

after a few people told me that its not lowered by -25mm i decided to buy some new springs

bought some -25/30mm avo springs from PJ motorsport, just had them fitted this morning, the lads at the garage say its sitting at the same height still!

whats going on????

The springs need to be driven to settle down mate, they are always high at first, the first ones you had will be fine aswell i expect.

Springs will deffo settle as they have been un-sprung since manufacture. Now they have some weight on they will drop. Also, if your old springs were knackered, they will sag and make the car lower automatically due ot this.

What the hell just take the rear springs out, it will sit on the bump stops then

Just drive the car it will soon drop as the bumps settle the springs in
