changing a fuel filter on a s2erst?

I cant say I have ever changed mine, although it is good too, I am going to do this soon, and would like to know too, tbh I dont know but im sure someone does

make sure u release the bolts on the filter slowly to get rid of the pressure slowly! it will be hard at first as the bolt may losen all of a sudden so b careful...
dnt lose the washers either...i nearly dun that lol

its reccomeneded to replace the washer as well!!!
u can lossen the fuel lines which relives pressure in the system. then undo the fuel filter and no much fuel will leak out

Pete i take it u got the small copper ones??, luckly i got the two sizes from my local dealer i didnt realise there were to different sizes!!

easy to do
just loosen gently and get new copper washers as well. and have loads of cloths ready to soak up the petrol. when starting it up, prime the system 3 or 4 times i.e turn the ingnition on but do not start this will fill the filter then check to see if any leaks then start it up and check for leaks. any leaks give the nuts a final tighten then bobs yer uncle.
