Might sound silly but, does a 200bhp erst feel pretty quick? i havnt really had a chance to drive mine yet with it being in the bodyshop. i had a mr2 turbo b4 running around 260-280bhp which pulled like a train on acceleration and it never stopped pulling in higher gears. my rs feels pretty nippy at 132bhp. so im guessing 200bhp with feel preety rapid.

i enjoy hearing that 200bhp rst's keep up with newer more expensive cars. is the rs a lightish vehicle compared to other cars of its time? i.e astra gte's golf gti's ect

If you have a genuine 200 + RST then yes it is fast but there is far to many ebay chipped up 200 + RSTs out there who claim to have this and that but really they are fookin shit.

a 200bhp turbo is arwsome, although like T28 RST said there 2many people claiming that they have 200 ponyies under the bonnet if its genuine you'l love it. p.s make sure ya engines up to it otherwise there's alot of pushing invovled on a serious note its the best car iv ever had! providing you dont mind getting ya hand dirty or back wet

my car is 220bhp matey and it flys...

even did so wen it made 205bhp (before mapped)...

as sed if the car set up well and is genuine 200bhp it will move...

ERST r a light car... only last week i destroyed a STD escort cossie... and was passin (3 times we raced) a 311bhp focus RS...

ERST move matey soon as u get 200 +

as all that have a 200+ ERST will confirm!

love killing porshe boxters and beemwers and scoobies especially!

Kawasaki H1 not quite the same PWR as the 25 years newer R1 above
but the fact the frame was made of nicker elastic made it feel a LOT
faster.

The RS will feel more brutal than your MR2 due to the torque steer you
experience. Once above 200/210 ftlbs you really need arms like Popeye
to drive it on anything other than straight (and level) ground once it
comes on boost.
