HELLO CAN ANYONE HELP ME I HAVE GOT A 1993 ESCORT RS COSWORTH AND THERE IS A PIPE DISCONECTED UNDER THE BONNET IT COMES FROMA SMALL BLACK BOTTLE TYPE OF THING ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE ENGINE BAY AT THE BACK NEAR A SMALL HORN ANOTHER SMALL WHITE PIPE GOES THEN TO A SOLENOID NOT FAR AWAY WITH 2 WIRES ON IT AND THEN TO ANOTHER THING UP NEAR THE WIPER MOTOR THE CAR HAS AIR CON IF THIS HELPS BUT IT DOES NOT SEEM TO EFFECT THE RUNNING OF THE CAR I AM STUMMPED ANY HELP PLEASE

LHD RHD?? the right side you describe.. is that right as you look in bay or right as you sit in car?? lose the caps lock too

the car is RHD.and the end of the pipe not conected is on the right hand side as you look in the engine bay the other bits are on the left of the engine bay as you look in at the back end near the windscreen

carbon canister purge valve and "stuff" I reckon... its all for emmisions and pumps stuff around the car and back into inket to keep emmisions down
