Default Abs problem help!

So I have an abs problem which has baffled me for a while now. The original problem was when pressing the pedal both the abs and handbrake light would illuminate and switch the abs pump on. The accumulator would pressurise but only last one pump of the brake. OK fast forward, I have replaced the accumulator. Red light now stays off. The pump still runs everytime I fully depress the pedal and it switches the Amber abs light on. The system pressurises much quicker now. I have a 3pin diagnostic reader and have checked both 3 pin connectors near the battery and they both have no codes. There is a small 5pin connector near the abs module but I don't know what reader is needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated! CheeRS

On another note. I've checked all the abs sensors and rings. The car is very low millage and has been kept indoors so there is no dirt or anything stuck on them.
