It looks like it's following the commanded A/F ratio. This is the standard stabilised fuel table and IIRC the Superchip only adjusts fuelling in the top two rows.

You can see there's a 'hump' of stoichiometric A/F ratio either side of 3215 rpm below 120% load.

Looking at where the boost is coming in then I'd agree with the dyno operator that it's too lean. Ideally you should be datalogging the load value to find out which row the desired A/F ratio is coming from.

so can afrs or the chip be altered or is it a case of lowering the boost to suit or get a suitable chip?
cheers chris

dyno operator suggested fitting a uprated fuel pressure reg and then maybe clean injectors if that did not work!!!

Superchips chips can be reprogrammed, you can either richen the A/F ratio or lower the boost. Fitting an uprated fuel regulator is a bodge solution and the ecu would quite possibly learn around it anyway.

doesnt say much about the tuner i used as they seem to think ya cant alter chips and that you can only alter certain types of ecus such as omex, emerald and so on. only used em for power run so not to bad but will go to msd when i get some time off work sorted. will drop boost to about 18psi peak and take it easy.

thanks for your advice
regards chris
