Default escos help

The escos has developed a really annoying misfire. It ticks over rough but drives ok till it comes on boost then misfires like mad. I had it rebuilt by a reputable tuner a couple of weeks ago and it ran perfect for the first week, then i got caught in a really heavy downpour while on the motorway and it ran fine but the next time i took it out it ran like shit so i guess water has got in somewhere. i have changed the map sensor and the crank sensor and dried every electrical connection i can find. Can anyone help please. Thanks. Matt.
