Is the Ignition barrel the same as normal fords on a 92 escos?
also the part what holds the Ignition barrel(steering lock,bonnet release handle) is that the same?

The garage broke mine

 

tell them to replace it, get you another one

 

they agreed to pay for it.i just need to find one

 

the actual ignition barrel (the bit the key goes in ) is exactly the same yes. the actual ali casting that it all goes on with the steering column may be different as it is height ajustable - dont think anyother escorts of that age were. what have they actually broke, what were they doing, removal of the barrel IS childsplay if you know how....

 

its the steering lock wich is broken.but they bucked the barrel removeing it
