Been working nights all week and now i can't get to sleep

Got home at 0730 friday morning only went to bed for 2hrs because i knew if i slept in till 1300 i would not sleep tonight.

Well i still can't sleep its now 0240 Saturday morning and i have got to be up for 0500 and i ain't had no sleep

Come 0800 i will be dead on my feet

Although it is 6:27pm on Saturday evening here.......
It's about 25 degrees and is still light at about 9pm at the moment.

Not too bad here in sunny scotland, not raining and only a wee bit cold!

 

I do permanant night, I know exactly how ya feel....

it really fucks up ya days off too, still end up, up all night and sleeping all day

 

same fookin problem i had,went to sleep a bit pissed at 830,then the ex calls me because im not answering texts at 11(of course not,im ASLEEP!) then talk for a bit,she says good night,im STILL awake at 430am! fook me i just couldnt settle again,bloody annoying!
