Yeah i was thinking that If you look at wgere the white bridge is in the distance and when he starts braking well before the bridge he said he was at 210, that must be 210kmh because that looks like 1/4 mile from the start to the bridge, its either stupidly quick or bullshit

 

dont no if its kilometres or what but it does 0-60mph in 2.6 out the box

ya it is a amazing read

massive impressive car,,, and do 0-200mps faster than an mc F1 can do 100-200MPH really puts things into view

i did noticed that porkie posted that fact long before evo came out,,, do you have insider copys of it mate?

 

Apparently the Veyron is much quicker to 100mph though?

Anybody can rev to 6,500 (Red line in a Veyron!) and drop a clutch. Not everone can drive an F1 fast. Its a proper car.

Veyron is not only quicker to 60...its much faster with everything...and it brakes much better also....

 

The F1 is two M3 engines nailed together right? The Veyron has what 18 cyls or something WTF??

No, its a bespoke engine. Similar head design, but thats primarily because the M3 is a high compression NA engine producing over 100BHP/litre. Like the F1. And it runs Vanos, as well as a BMW based Engine Management System.

Some people will tell you its a modified 850 engine. But it isnt. I recommend getting hold of "Driving Ambition" if anybody wants to know more about the F1.
