Default Lost some car keys! Can i get new ones cut?

Lost keys to the old Clio i got at home, can get into the car as wasnt locked, but no feckin keys

Is there any way of getting new keys cut or anything? Or is it time for a new lock set?
Heard its possible to cut keys if you got a lock to work from (job for a locksmith is it? ) but dont know about that.

Any ideas?

Yes ive had them made from the lock before.

Scarey thing is the 2 seconds or so it takes them to open the car with a set of lockpicks!
