Hi peeps had my astra taking up Valuable space on my drive for ages so gona break it any idea of what some of the parts are worth so i can price the parts up,

ie
engine
gear box
drive shafts
interior

so on or would i be better off breaking the lump into parts aswel or keep it as a complete unit

motor with all ancills Ł250
F20 box Ł100
shafts Ł60pr
interior Ł150 if mint
rear beam/brakes Ł100

 

break it deffo youll get much more money i broke a 2.0 8v gte and got Ł350 for the engine alone after i put it in an astra estate what was just about to pull itself to pieces. not bad to say id just bought it for Ł75 off a mate. and Ł100 quid for the interor without the digi dash they are worth Ł100 alone.

did you advertise it in the local paper or the net?also someone is interested in the front seats, driveshafts and gearbox how much dou think would be a fair price for these and would i be better of selling the interior as a hole coz if i let the just the front seats go think i might be stuck with the rest?

advertised in auto trader mate it was a while back. deffo sell the interior as whole. try for about Ł75-Ł100 for the gearbox but the driveshafts no idea mate when i broke the astra i gave the driveshafts and gearbox to the dad for one of his projects what never got started.

The rest would be whatever people would pay which isnt a huge amount these days

 

Put the engine on ebay !
Put the rest in the crusher lol
