I've got real problems with my FRST, wiring/possible ecu problems causing it not run properly, I want to book it in somewhere for a diagnosis for the problem but unsure who to use, who are the best people out there for this.
Any help would be great.

What's it doing? When I out my engine in the fiesta, it was running like shit missing on 2 cylinders, turned out to be one of the pins in the injectors plugs had bent away so wasn't making contact and a pin in the ecu plug for the injectors wasn't quite all the way in so didn't make contact with the ecu ..
I would start by unplugging a few of the important plugs and check the pins are ok and making contact properly, very easy to overlook.
As for tuning I'd go with jano if you can get the car there

The previous owner caught it alight after catching a ratchet between the battery terminals, how he done it I don't know but there was a vw type battery jacket around the battery and that somehow managed to go up! It made a mess of the wiring, so when I got the car I got myself a whole new loom to change with the burnt one. Prior to this the car ran fine, I changed the loom, but when I came to start the car I had no spark or fuel, an auto electrician came out and said the ecu had been spiked from the damage but the rest of the wiring was ok... With another ecu fitted I now have fuel and spark and the car will run but only after every 5th or so try of trying to start it, once running will cut out after about 20 seconds. I tried tow starting it, again it will run but as soon as you press the throttle it cuts out, if you don't press the throttle and dip the clutch it will idle at 3000rpm.
And Tim yeah I've had it a while but never had it running properly so havnt even had the chance to enjoy her

Fiesta's and wiring has got to be one of the worst for issues. Cause really random problems.
It will be hard to offer decent advise without being able to look at it with a meter.
The loom you have fitted was a good one I take it?
Have you got all the correct sensors i.e all FRST stuff matched to the OFAB or OFAC system. You cant mis and match parts between the two.
The engine management loom is a FRST type?
Does the map sensor work?
ACT temp sensor work?
Are you getting a decent constant reading from the CPS?
Do all the sensor pin out to the correct place on the ecu plug.
so much more but these are the first questions.

I've checked the fuel pump plug and all seems good, it's running as if there's a sensor down or something, how can I tell that the loom I fitted is definitely an ofab loom as I bought it off eBay an just went by what the guy said, because if I have fitted an ofac loom and there is wrong signals going to the sensors or something that would kind of make sense how it's running...???
the quick way is by looking at the map sensor plug OFAC uses a ford sensor and the OFAB a weber type.
Then you can also check if it has an electron valve plug (Boost control valve)
