can you re-use

The bolts on a 2wd manifold that bolts the 2 pieces together. There are 4 bolts that look like stretch boilts to me. I hope so cause ford dont do them no more

are they specified to tighten to a torque value, or to an angle?
If torqued to an angle then they are stretch bolts..

yes you can re-use them - torque up as per manual
