Just had my sump gasket for the 2nd time with the engine taking out and it was fine for a month or so and now its leaking again whats goin on

 

mine done that, gotta make sure its on properly mate especially around the oil pump area i used red sealer in the end and it was fine, if its coming from that end.

A trick is to get sum mig welding wireand put it through the holes on the corner of gasket inside the gearbox part and through the holes in the block, then push the sump up onto the gasket put some of the bolts in then just cut the mig wire and pull it out!,

if its coming from the gearbox side, check its not your crank seal as it can drip down onto the sump

 

its hard to tell bcos the bloody oils flowed all over the place might have to get it cleaned and checked again. Cant i just weld the dam sump onto the block

 

after mine leaked twice it did cross my mind, i would get some red sealer and cover the gasket in it and try again, if its fitted properly it shouldnt leak, put i know how hard a job it is, make sure u get that crankseal checked, proberly be all oil over the flywheel if its leaking
