hi everyone new to this site i have a ford xr4i full cosworth including quarter glass yb engine the lot was wondering how on earth to fit sapphire seats in including the rears also can i fit a sapphire centre console pictures willl be nice much appreciated guys thanks

 

sapphire seats dont tilt so thats a fail, and rears dont fit either so have fun but on a good note the console may work

 

ive seen them fitted before ive trimmed my 3door front seats to the sapphire cloth so they tilt was wondering how to fit the rears

 

could get some rs turbo fronts and swap the leather across so they tilt?

 

the console will fit not a problem, but the rear seats wont as they have a different shape to the them as well as the catch being int he wrong palce

the fronts will fit but you will lose the tilt, but if you already have seats they are easy enough to recover with the recaro stuff

 

hi guys i have covered my 3door front seats to the sapphire cloth was wondering how the back fits comon there should be someone who knows how to do this thanks dojj i will order the centre console from ebay tonight

 

The shapes are totally different between hatch saph and estate

Trust me, I spent ages and Ł'00's trying to get them to fit

Sapphire seats are an easy fit.
Undo 2 screws (1 either side) and they ti forward.
Just need to make a catch to lock them in when back.
Rears fit in no problem, just a bit tight.
Thinking of fitting the rear bench of a 3 Door into mine as had one retrimmed in leather years ago

keep the sapphirre rears mate dey look much better how did you manage to lock the rears also wont they fall back dont they need support for the rear?

 

would the Sapphire Cosworth leather seats fit onto a 5 door hatchback better maybe ?
