Depends on your budget, cheapest way to gain 25bhp is fit a 1.7 Puma lump. If you want to keep the 1.6, full exhaust, set of Shawspeed SS4 cams, remap and if you want to be safe, some HD bottom end bolts, should see around 150bhp on a healthy engine.
Jenvey ITB's cost big bucks, and you'll have to run aftermarket management (OMEX 600 is the popular choice) but you won't gain a massive amount of power for the money. Lovely noise though!

it does, if it was a mk5, easy option is a puma engine, mk6 easiest option is manifold, exhaust, cams

Ignore my post then, if you want to run decent cams in a mk6 then you have to run standalone management, as the idle cannot be mapped on the standard ECU.

Hang on, is it a petrol or a Diesel? If a Diesel, ignore everything everyone's said, if it's a petrol then why the hell have you had it mapped without cams?!

'What mods can I do but I won't say the year or the engine.'

Ignore everything in this thread if it's a Diesel, and in future add vital information into the original post...

okay maybe i should of stated but like i said i was only looking for ideas an also like i said i am new to all this.... no its a petrol thats i just explained why i had it re-mapped when he asked me @if its petrol why have in remapped without cams'

so..... i have a 2008 mk6 fiesta zetec s, petrol, 50,000, frozen white, pipercross viper induction kit, remapped, custom white an black leather interior, it has rs grills in bonnet, st side skirts black roof, borbet A rep wheels, coilovers, its has a pioneer 7" monitor (AVH X5500BT), 2x10" JBL subs in matching white leather box, 2x 6x9's parcel shelf also wrapped in white leather......

cant think of anything else of the top of my head but i hope this is enough

The remap was a pointless waste of money then! A mk6 petrol, best engine mods will be a full exhuast/filter, you could run mild piper cams on a standard ecu, but it will need mapping. If you want to run decent cams, like Shawspeed SS4's, you'll need an aftermarket ecu like an Omex 600, so budget a grand just for the ecu and map...

Duratec conversion is a good route too, quite expensive still as the blocks demand good money, but, your best option is to buy a faster car.

Your sarcastic tone is a little dickheaded considering all we're trying to do is answer your question!
