S2 Starting problems
Right, here goes 
Should the fuel ignition relay have power from/to all 5 pins? At the moment, pins "31-" and "54-15" have no power at any position of the ignition key
should this be the case? if not, can some1 please point me in the direction to help sort it.

relay should have 1 permanent live,1 switched live from ign.when the ign switch is turned,the switched live operates the relay and makes a 3rd live to the fuel pump.check on the side of the relay as some have a diagram of the circuit on them.
