thought i was getting somewhere with my car today, it fired and then ran but when you touch the throttle even slightly it cuts out. today i put on a new ignition amp, new dizzy cap and new rotor arm, new phase sensor, tried another crank sensor. new motorsport ht leads, really weird problem, the pump is priming, the fuel pump is a new 044 its done 1k miles, what else could it be???

some pricks may have been buggering about with my car when its been in our garage with the bonnet up, i must admit i never thought about a loose pipe etc. will check tomorrow,
So can you shed any light on when this happened, has the car been sitting, rebuilt etc???
As with any cossie or old car it WILL be electrical/sensor related, so thats an obvious one.
Not sure on your cossie knowledge or history but most common faults would be phase sensor, crank sensor for starters but looks like youve covered them, it's unlikely to be a fuelling issue or air leak.
If it was me I'd be playing with the TPS and map sensor wires to see if there's a dodgy connection oin the loom first off, you can also check the resistances of each sensor to see if they are working if you've got half a clue how to use a volt meter and so on, so maybe that's youre next best bet.
Also if you remove the distributor cap and rotor arm and protective cover thing under the that (if it's still there) you can see ther phase sensor wires, these degrade and break, this is also a common fault so i'd check that as well.
On another note I take it your leads are the right way round and your plugs are in good nick?

Also forgot to add that you can plug a side light bulb into the injector connectors on the loom to check they are opening, but again since you're getting is started it's unlikely to be that, have you checked the fuel filter?

Assuming theat she is idling ok then the only sensor that alters fuelling from idle to slight throttle movement enough to kill her is the map sensor, go check that is not broken / disconnected / flooded etc
i was gonna say map sensor
sounds like when you touch the throttle its flooding its self
id take the plugs out make sure they are clean and dry
refit and start the car
give it some throttle and if it cuts out re check the plugs and see if they are wet
