Assuming theat she is idling ok then the only sensor that alters fuelling from idle to slight throttle movement enough to kill her is the map sensor, go check that is not broken / disconnected / flooded etc
The car is idling very strange WHEN it runs. its idling at 1500rpm then drops then rise's again, i must admit the headgasket is on its way out but i wanted to find the problem with the car before i stripped it. MAD set it up in july sometime, then it went to ford fair and its been off the road since september. very strange problem.
