Default Cars on the road with a few niggely issues can anyone help?

Hi guys cars finally on the road and have one or 2 issues im hoping you can help with, bare in mind bay has been completely stripped and then put back in

No indicators/clicking too fast.....im pretty sure this will be a bad earth
No rev counter lights at all.....possibly same earth?
And when you go to lock the car, it locks then unlocks again, but the car did this before, its the same weather you use the fob or key.....maybe central locking motor?

Just wondered if anyones tackled these before and could give me an answer before i go fault finding tomorrow

Usually get this on my escort van and its a dodgy connection to the lights (wire or plug not on properly)
Id check connection to the stalk aswell though and the earths especially if you've had it sprayed. Spray some contact spray on the connections.

Rev counter could be linked so would suggest an earth problem or connection behind dash somewhere

As for locking, mine does this when one door isnt shut properly so make sure you doors shut flush and straight

My van does similar with the locks when the linkage from the actuator to the lock mechanism gets a bit tight on the front doors. Just take the door cards off, lubricate and exercise
