Put it back on E-Bay mate, they are fucking shite and about as much use as a snooze button on a fire alarm. The standard Ford item is adjustable from memory and just upping the pressure is no way to achieve anything with fuel injection anyway. If the one you have on the car now is working, leave it well alone
Simple breathing modifications would help, either a cone filter, or if your into standard looks, you can drill holes in the bottom half of the airbox tray and purchase a K&N panel filter to go inside the box.. stainless cat back exhausts work well on the V6s and sound immense too

LOL @ always wanting one.
Not sure you can go much further with your engine (staying N/A) to be honest... I'd suggest cams but not sure there are many out there which would give a decent gain per £ on an ST200.
As for the FSE Valve, bin it or sell it to some nobber that's spinning around with trays under his rear wheels down Maccers car park one night. It would be a pointless addition to your car IMO.
Cheers,
Grant

Ye get it checked out on a rolling road. You never know, you may have a little problem or it could be just in need of a good tune up. And while on the subject of dodgy mods, what the hell are ecotek valves meant to be good for?
Know what you mean the ST engine is very tame when down low have you tuned the throttle body dose a bit better with pick up ,and how have you routed the cold air feed to the filter? also thinking of a very light fly wheel myself as I think the engine lacks good pickup from low revs its only fault I would say ,and also if you fit the fuel reg thing you will find fords adaptive fueling will just dial out the extra fuel it detects.
First thing is fuck the blue fin off and get a decent remap. The bluefin is designed for a standard motor and using it with your mods will be causing issues.
Then get either a 220 or decent 75mm mustang throttle body on there and it will then have a much better pickup. As for the power boost I have a resistor chip and cooker knob that will work well with it. Lol

as for the boost valve, waste of time, will make matters worse, not better.

Won't you need a turbo for each bank of 3 cylinders? Would think the engine would consume a large volume of compressed air. Not to mention complexities with the manifold and exhaust
Which cats have you removed as there are three? It's better IMO to remove the pre-cats, and leave the main cat - or fit a decat and put it back on for MoT. You're wasting your time with the Bluefin, indeed any remap on the car is only going to account for very minimal gains.
As has been said it's difficult to extract more out of the 2.5 and you can find yourself spending hundreds to gain one or two bhp. A better bet would be to fit the 3.0 bottom end, or the complete ST220 engine.

I've just bought my second ST200 because when I'm back on road, it'll be fantastic at what I need it to do:
- Carry two Labradors with ease
- Transport me around come rain or shine
- Relatively cheap to run
- Has sufficient pace to make progress
- Well equipped & looks good (IMO)
- Makes a really good noise
...I don't understand why anyone would wank away hundreds/thousands trying to make it a car that it will never be. But everyone's different I suppose.

Hahaha, I know your ST200 hurt your wallet mate but my first one was great and from the drive home, this one looks to return the same sort of MPG.
If something does go wrong then parts aren't mega pricey either, yeah there are £1500 cars which are cheaper to run but for a c150mph/200bhp, 2.5 V6 petrol, this isn't bad IMO.
